Minnesota Wild fans have always shown there passion for their team. Constantly in the top 5 of jerseys sales in the NHL the Wild retail division led by Scott Sarkis and Jen Meyers wanted to bring fans a whole new retail experience. With that mind, the Wild recently installed 4, 22 inch Kiosks throughout the Xcel Energy Center. Once an order is paid at one of the many Hockey Lodge locations, orders will be directly sent through the software to the warehouse in the basement to full fill and build the order. As always, the WILD organization excels in customer service and provides the jersey as fast as possible to the fan.
In the near future, the WILD will be taking the next step and allowing fans to pay for their jerseys at the actual Kiosk, by passing the potential busy lines that occur during intermissions and pre and post game. Talk about a retail experience!
